"Humility Is A Powerful Elevator..."

1 Peter 5:6-10 AMP

6 "Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God [set aside self-righteous pride], so that He may exalt you [to a place of honor in His service] at the appropriate time,
7 casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully].
8 Be sober [well balanced and self-disciplined], be alert and cautious at all times. That enemy of yours, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion [fiercely hungry], seeking someone to devour.
9 But resist him, be firm in your faith [against his attack—rooted, established, immovable], knowing that the same experiences of suffering are being experienced by your brothers and sisters throughout the world. [You do not suffer alone.]
10 After you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace [who imparts His blessing and favor], who called you to His own eternal glory in Christ, will Himself complete, confirm, strengthen, and establish you [making you what you ought to be]."

Note
The Word of God is paramount to any other narrative that has and will ever be documented or spoken.
• Paramount - more important than anything else; supreme.

Peter in John 6 was spot on in his response to Jesus' question:
• Jesus: "Will ye also go away?
• Peter: "Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life."

God's Word contains the nutrients and sustenance for both spiritual and natural success. Though there are a lot of things or people that may inspire us in life. Only God's Word through His Holy Spirit can transform us and transport us into the predestined plan of God.

Consider:
• Where is God elevating our lives?
• Are we using the Elevator of Humility?
• How does 1 Peter 5:6-10 speak to me?

Loaded With Divine Possibilities
Ephesians 1:19 AMP
"and [so that you will begin to know] what the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His [active, spiritual] power is in us who believe. These are in accordance with the working of His mighty strength"

Note
God never impregnates us with dreams, visions, and power without the expectation of accomplishment. God's Word is eternally set and never alters what it is sent to accomplish. God declares, "I know My thoughts (how He thinks about us), concerning you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace and not evil, to give you an expected end (a future and a hope)." God does not come back later and change His mind how He thinks about us and the amazing life He has planned, God Is Not Double Mind.

History reflects our issue in obtaining God's Promises are, we tend to grow weary, become frustrated, impatient or get distracted along the way. We must be mindful of the power we possess concerning our outcome - "Death and life are in the power of the (our) tongue, And those who love it and indulge it will eat its fruit and bear the consequences of their words." (Proverbs 18:21 AMP)

Les Brown stated: "The graveyard is the richest place on earth, because it is here that you will find all the hopes and dreams that were never fulfilled, the books that were never written, the songs that were never sung, the inventions that were never shared, the cures that were never discovered...."

Don't let what God has endowed us with go unaccomplished, unachieved or unexperienced. The spirit of complacency is a enemy to our God given potential and future success.
It is our personal quest/challenge to totally commit to God's Predestined Plan.

Our Prayer
Father, calibrate our souls to stay in alignment with Your perfect will, executing and accomplishing all that You have predestined, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Opportunity InThe Face Of Opposition

Genesis 1:1-3 AMP
1 'In the beginning God (Elohim) created [by forming from nothing] the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was formless and void or a waste and emptiness, and darkness was upon the face of the deep [primeval ocean that covered the unformed earth]. The Spirit of God was moving (hovering, brooding) over the face of the waters. 3 And God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light."

Note
What we dream, envision, hope for or expect is all constructed in the immaterial realm (The Soul) by Faith, where the blueprint is drafted, the order is submitted (prayer), and the vision executed. No-thing is ever "seen" (tangible), until it is "seen" (envisioned).
The optimistic mind is The Soul Of Faith. The Soul Of Faith undergoes continuous warfare, but it does not accept entrapment or defeat, for Faith sees what The Origin (God) of Faith  sees, "Possibilities".
The Soul Of Faith, refuses to be incarcerated, it seizes opportunity in the face of all opposition, ("turns lemons into lemonade"); expecting what God Promised.

Isaiah 61:3
"To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified."

We have a running tab of attacks, pains, hurts, disappointments and internal scars that don't ever seem to heal; the list is innumerable. But within us, "We House The Nature And Power Of Our Father (God), The Power To Decree A Thing And Expect It To Come To Pass".

Our Prayer
Father, we speak to the chaotic opposition we face, with the voice of Faith - Your Divine Authority and  command the outcome You ordained, "Let There Be", in Jesus Name, Amen.

Divinely Incubated

Deuteronomy 28:7-9 AMP
7 “The Lord will cause the enemies who rise up against you to be defeated before you; they will come out against you one way, but flee before you seven ways. 8 The Lord will command the blessing upon you in your storehouses and in all that you undertake, and He will bless you in the land which the Lord your God gives you. 9 The Lord will establish you as a people holy [and set apart] to Himself, just as He has sworn to you, if you keep the commandments of the Lord your God and walk [that is, live your life each and every day] in His ways.

• Incubate - to maintain under conditions favorable for birthing, development, or reaction; to cause or aid the development of.

Note
There are adversaries that will assemble against us and attempt to frustrate God's Promise for our lives, but we must never allow our quest to be determined by opposition from outside enemies, causing us to turn to internal fear and abort or compromise Divine Destiny, rather we must reflect, rehearse and cleave to the Eternal Promises of God.

God informs us of the impending evil we will encounter, but look what God's says regarding the outcome; "they will come out against you one way, but flee before you seven ways."
God assures us, His Divine Defense for our lives will withstand every wave of assault that may transpire in our lives. "Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away" (Matthew 24:35).

Consider, though it is not detectable by the natural eye, we are Supernaturally enclosed within God's Divine Incubator, protecting and maintaining an environment that is condusive to His predestined plan. (read Jeremiah 29:11; Romans 8:18, 28)

Our Prayer
Father, we declare according to Your Word and our obedience to Your Word, that we receive the results You Promised, Our Enemies Scattered and Defeated, Jesus Name, Amen.

Pursuing The Unsearchable Riches
1 Peter 1:13-25
13 "Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;
14 As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:
15 But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;"

Note
The Holiness of God is never to be minimized because of our finite logic, but we must allow the Holiness of God to expand/broaden our spiritual minds, elevating us and unveiling the unsearchable riches of God in Christ. (read Ephesians 1:17-23)
For in times past these spiritual truths were hidden from us, but now these mysteries are made known to every born again believer through the revelations of Jesus Christ, by God's Holy Spirit.

Ephesians 3:8-9
8 "To me, [though I am] the very least of all the saints (God’s people), this grace [which is undeserved] was graciously given, to proclaim to the Gentiles the good news of the incomprehensible riches of Christ [that spiritual wealth which no one can fully understand],
9 and to make plain [to everyone] the plan of the mystery [regarding the uniting of believing Jews and Gentiles into one body] which [until now] was kept hidden through the ages in [the mind of] God who created all things."

We must gird up the loins of our minds with truth no longer making excuses, but rather making adjustments, that the unfeigned Power of God would awaken our souls to a state of living that God has always had in mind, here on earth and eternal life through Jesus Christ.

We must make up our minds that we will not settle for the common response, fashioning ourselves after worldly lust (spiritual ignorance), serving diverse lust and pleasures, but we will live holy and therefore desiring the priceless wealth brought to life through Christ Jesus.

Philippians 3:10 AMP
"And this, so that I may know Him [experientially, becoming more thoroughly acquainted with Him, understanding the remarkable wonders of His Person more completely] and [in that same way experience] the power of His resurrection [which overflows and is active in believers], and [that I may share] the fellowship of His sufferings, by being continually conformed [inwardly into His likeness even] to His death [dying as He did];"

Our Prayer
Father, as You which has called us is Holy, we desire to live holy in all manner of conversation, Forgive us, Illuminate us, Sanctify us and Empower us to abide in Holiness, in Jesus Name, Amen.

A Preexisting Path

Exodus 14:21-22 KJV
21 And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the Lord caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.
22 And the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea upon the dry ground: and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.

Note:
There are ways made, people and things in place, that are not visible to the natural eye. All which have been predestinely positioned by God to ensure the success of God’s Promise to those that walk by faith.

• Predestined - decided or determined in advance.

Obstruction of our "faith view" is always challenged by the massive images of our opposition (mountains, valleys, demonic forces, emotional exhaustion) and the list is endless, but underneath the rubbish of "life's pile" of adversity, there is "God's Supernatural Path Of Transition."

• Obstruction - a thing that impedes or prevents passage or progress; an obstacle or blockage.

God never gives us a directive to move forward in life (naturally or spiritually) without a preset path of accomplishment, regardless of how difficult completion may seem. Faith always stays "God’s Charted Course"  (Isaiah 55:11).
Even when it looks like every path of possibility is exhausted and our demise is at hand, God is saying stretch-out our hands in the direction of His leading and watch Him make a path through the sea  of life.

Isaiah 43:19 AMP
“Listen carefully, I am about to do a new thing,
Now it will spring forth; Will you not be aware of it? I will even put a road in the wilderness,
Rivers in the desert."

Our Prayer
Father, we believe and agree with your predestined plan, as we denounce every pursuing adversary and command those spirits, drowned, like Pharaoh's army, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Yes I Can
Philippians 4:13 AMP
"I can do all things [which He has called me to do] through Him who strengthens and empowers me [to fulfill His purpose—I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency; I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses me with inner strength and confident peace.]"

Note
We must defeat the spirit of feeling Inadequate; understanding that inadequacy is not an emotion, it is a spirit that fights our confidence to advance, achieve and accomplish, it chisels away at the foundation of our self worth, feeling like we are never good enough, creating a sense of low self esteem; causing us to constantly compare ourselves with others, trying to measure up or we end up with a Mephibosheth complex (2 Samuel 9). "We Need To Look Into God's Eternal Mirror To See Our True Reflection."

When our soul comes into alignment with The Will and The Word of God, all of these imperfections we consider are cast down, because anything that is not from God, placing ungodly imagery in our minds, is an "evil imagination," and scripture states our position and power regarding such; "Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;" (2 Cor. 10:5)

• Imagination - the act or power of forming a mental image of something not present to the senses or never before wholly perceived in reality.

We must grasp the Eternal Possibilities and declare in this earthly realm; Restrictions are canceled, barriers are defied, we live in Resurrection Authority, connected to a Risen Christ.
So put every demon, adversary, principality, power and evil forces on notice; "I can do all things [which He has called me to do] through Him who strengthens and empowers me..."

Our Prayer
Father, I can do all that you have assigned my life through Christ our Eternal Strength, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Sound Doctrine
2 Timothy 4:2-3

2 "preach the word [as an official messenger]; be ready when the time is right and even when it is not [keep your sense of urgency, whether the opportunity seems favorable or unfavorable, whether convenient or inconvenient, whether welcome or unwelcome]; correct [those who err in doctrine or behavior], warn [those who sin], exhort and encourage [those who are growing toward spiritual maturity], with inexhaustible patience and [faithful] teaching.
3 For the time will come when people will not tolerate sound doctrine and accurate instruction [that challenges them with God’s truth]; but wanting to have their ears tickled [with something pleasing], they will accumulate for themselves [many] teachers [one after another, chosen] to satisfy their own desires and to support the errors they hold, "

"Life Doesn't Change Doctrine, but True Doctrine Changes Lives."

Sound Doctrine (God’s Word) does not aim at anything, but the soul of man; to Challenge, Change, Equip, Empower and Inspire life transformation. Those that teach, must live it, those that hear, must determine to do it (James 1:22). Sound Doctrine does not allow emotion or hype to determine it's delivery, it is not impressed or influenced by title or position, it only implements that which is already established by our Commander and Chief, "God, Execute By The Holy Spirit."

Hebrews 4:12 AMP
"For the word of God is living and active and full of power [making it operative, energizing, and effective]. It is sharper than any two edged  sword, penetrating as far as the division of the soul and spirit [the completeness of a person], and of both joints and marrow [the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and judging the very thoughts and intentions of the heart."

Father, we repent and abort every excuse that has marred the narrative of Sound Doctrine and we set our affections on things above, in Jesus Name, Amen

Who Are We

Matthew 16:13-17
13 "When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am?
14 And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets.
15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?
16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven."

Note
True revelation of who we are, can only be validated by God. There are those around us who have suggested narrative about us, because we remind them of someone else from previous experience or relationship. No matter how much we say "what people say don't matter," everyone considers what is said about them (fact).

It is imperative that we as Kingdom Citizens keep our identity in tact and our motives pure. We are not just common people in the earth, we are Supernaturally Endowed of God and we bare the image of our Sovereign (God), we are Ambassadors.

Jesus understood and knew His Life Objective, regardless of what others might think, but He certainly wanted the disciples (church) to have clarity of His Identity. ( Luke 10:19, "For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.")

• Who are we/you?
• What is our/your God Life Objective (purpose)?
• Who do people say we/you are?
• Who do the people we/you serve with say you are?

The way we live causes others to construct their opinions and views about us, but Our Consistency Of Godly Living, Causes "Divine Revelation" to keep the narrative straight regarding our true identity, as it was with Peter.

Matthew 16:17
"And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven."

Our Prayer
Father, we are in this world, but not of this world; help us to always have a clear perspective of identity and not become misplaced by popular opinion, that You might be Glorified in our lives, in Jesus Name, Amen.

No Longer Slaves To Sin
Romans 6:18-19 AMP
18 And having been set free from sin, you have become the slaves of righteousness [of conformity to God’s will and purpose].
19 I am speaking in [familiar] human terms because of your natural limitations [your spiritual immaturity]. For just as you presented your bodily members as slaves to impurity and to [moral] lawlessness, leading to further lawlessness, so now offer your members [your abilities, your talents] as slaves to righteousness, leading to sanctification [that is, being set apart for God’s purpose].

Note
The moment we hear the word slave most minds turn to American History, but slavery is deeper than American History, slavery is a result of "Man History," from the seed of disobedience, altering our original allegiance (Servants of God).

There is an unrest that erupts in the soul of man when sin activity is permitted and until the inner storm in our soul is subdued by the power and presence of God; true clarity of God's purpose is completely distorted.

• Subdue - to conquer by force or the exertion of superior power, and bring into permanent subjection; to reduce under dominion.
• Distorted - altered from a true, natural, or normal state, shape, or condition.

Romans 7:23 AMP
"but I see a different law and rule of action in the members of my body [in its appetites and desires], waging war against the law of my mind and subduing me and making me a prisoner of the law of sin which is within my members."

Before Christ we were slaves to sin, victims of personal pleasure, lewd desires, lawless behavior. But we are No Longer slaves (servants) To Sin, but We Are Slaves (Servants) of God Unto Righteousness, Through Christ Jesus.

Father, we denounce and subdue a slave mentality to former lust and submit to being servants of holiness, righteousness and sanctification, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Finishing What We Start

Luke 14:29-30
""29 Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him,
30 Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish."

Note
The lyrics of a song: "God's able to do just what He said He would do, He's gonna fulfill, every promise to you. So don't give up on God, for He want give up on you, He's Able."

It is a known fact that giving up and quitting is the easy way out , when we are mentally, physically, emotionally and financially exhausted. Hopelessness seems to be the only entrée on life's menu at the point. This can be, because of various things, but we don't have to Tapout (wrestling term), this is what the enemy wants/expects us to do.

Rather we take action like David (1 Samuel 30:6), when everything is under attack and everyone that was with us is now ready to stone us; "but David Encouraged himself In The Lord his God."

We determine and declare like Paul; (Philippians 4:13), "I Can Do All Things Through Christ Which Strengtheneth Me"

Remember, whenever we say "Yes" to God or a God given task in life, our "Yes" is from the faith position of the soul and not the emotional position of our heart. This is not to say emotions are bad, but God has calibrated the soul to house the ability to accomplish and prosper in whatever it desires (starts), while our hearts can determine to quit (enough is enough) under pressure and move on to what is least resistant.

Philippians 1:6
"Beng confident of this very thing, that He which has begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ."

Our Prayer
Father, complete your work in us and give us the spiritual discipline and physical stamina to complete what you have assigned to us corporately and individually, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Harvest Time

Matthew 9:37-38 (read 35-38)
37 Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few;
38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.

Note
There is so much work to do, yet limited time to  do it, coupled with extreme challenges as we attempt to assert.

Jesus looked at the conditions of His time and the state of the world and His heart of compassion rose. It was not a spirit of complaining about what He recognized, but a desire to see the change in the lives of those who where scattered, lost, damage, abandoned, etc., sounds like the state of our nation and world, homelessness, social injustice, immorality, families scattered, starvation and the list is endless, but it is just right for The Gospel.

Jesus literally informs the disciples that there is an amazing harvest (limitless amount of souls), but there is a need for labors. Jesus makes it clear we are not going to "throw shade" on those who are engaged, but we are going to pray to the Lord of The Harvest to send forth labourers (like minded works) into "His Harvest (not our harvest) God's Harvest."

Our Prayer
Father, we thank you for those who labor in Your Harvest, we pray for more labourers, that the harvest rot not on the vine, help us not to complain about what we are empowered to impact, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Born Of God

John 1:13 AMP
"who were born, not of blood [natural conception], nor of the will of the flesh [physical impulse], nor of the will of man [that of a natural father], but of God [that is, a divine and supernatural birth—they are born of God—spiritually transformed, renewed,"

Note
Everyone of us as born again believers have been conceived by God and have  conceived of God and no trace of earthly DNA can lay claim to what God is/will produce out of our lives. Supernatural conception leaves the intellectual mind in awe trying to label what is not scientifically explainable, like, Jesus walking on water, raising Lazarus from the dead, feeding five thousand with two fish and five loaves of bread and the Resurrection of Jesus Christ.

• Conceived - been formed, originated, or expressed.

1 Peter 1:3, 23
"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,"

23 "Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever."

Everything about our existence is more supernatural than our physical minds can fathom. God wants us to be fully aware of where our inheritance lies, for it is principalities and dark powers, that try to keep us from excelling in the totallity of our God's plan, but in God we are unstoppable...

Romove the restrictions and prepare for an "Isaiah 54:1-5 life".

Father, give us to see, know and comprehend who you have established us to be in the earth as Kingdom Ambassadors and execute in full strength from the vien of the incorruptible nature we are conceived from, in Jesus Name, Amen.

"Supernatural Tranquility"

John 14:27
"Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."

Note
There is not one of us who does not desire peace, but the true concern is how to maintain consistent peace. Peace is like balance, we are in constant pursuit to establish and maintain.
We try many methods for peace, but could it be the sources (people, place and things ) we are trying to obtain peace from does not afford us the consistency; like, a car, home, wardrobe, relationship, money, etc., all these things offer temporal excitement (feelings), but after a period of time, leave us looking for other avenues of internal inspiration and peace.

Matthew 11:28-29 AMP
28 “Come to Me, all who are weary and heavily burdened [by religious rituals that provide no peace], and I will give you rest [refreshing your souls with salvation]. 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me [following Me as My disciple], for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest (renewal, blessed quiet) for your souls."

True tranquility is only in complete surrender to Jesus, which gives us peace even in the most chaotic times.  What then is Jesus offering and what is the key to maintaining this kind of peace? Peace that supercedes conflict, pain, sadness, anger, fear and many other feelings.

Philippians 4:7 AMP
"And the peace of God [that peace which reassures the heart, that peace] which transcends all understanding, [that peace which] stands guard over your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus [is yours]"

Our Prayer
Father, we ask Your eternal peace through Christ Jesus, would flood our inner man, causing us to rise above every fear, pain, sadness, anger and other feelings that attempt to sabotage our Promised Peace, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Essential Part Of The Process

1 Peter 5:10 AMP
"After you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace [who imparts His blessing and favor], who called you to His own eternal glory in Christ, will Himself complete, confirm, strengthen, and establish you [making you what you ought to be]."

Note
Suffering is essential, though it is not embraced it is key to the the growth and maturity of what God has planned for us.
Satan is always attempting to paint an ugly image of God, by use of the discrediting narrative - God is not faithful and if He is why such long periods of suffering or multiple occurrences of pain? This language sounds convincing, but "It Is Far From The Truth About Our God." SUFFERING IS ESSENTIAL.

• Suffering -  undergoing of pain, distress, or injury; to sustain loss or damage
• Essential -  belonging to the very nature of a thing and therefore being incapable of removal without destroying the thing itself or its character.

So, Suffering is really like the Acid Test of our faith in God and relationship with God. Can we maintain the profession of our faith under extreme pressure, pain and loss? The real consideration is not the Faithfulness of God, but our "Obedience" to God when uncomfortable challenges are permitted. Remember, "after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you."

• Acid Test - the proof of the value of something, or the standard that something must meet in order to prove its value.

Psalm 27:13-14 KJV
13 "I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
14 Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord."

Our Prayer
Father, your word declares in patience, possess we our souls, so we achor down in our faith and trust in You, regardless of the magnitude of the test or storm in our lives and we surrender to Your perfect will, in Jesus Name, Amen.

We live in a season of extreme idolatry and iconic promotion. Where man has the mindset of Nebuchadnezzar (thinking he is a god), fulfilling 2 Timothy 3 and where laws are implemented to infringe upon the liberty of the saints; ("bow are suffer the penalty").

Daniel 4:31

The church, the born again believer, (Ambassadors for God), must be fully equipped with the Power of The Holy Ghost to do spiritual battle. "We Do Not Suffer From Timidity."
• Timidity - lacking in courage or self-confidence; lacking in boldness or determination

This level of Authority is God's Promise to every born again believer (Holy Ghost Power) and  the Holy Ghost is the only entity that will warrant the respect we deserve from our adversaries; power to cast out devils, lay hands on the sick, decree a thing and to execute by Divine Strategies.

Our Prayer
Father, we rise up in Kingdom Boldness like a lion, for we know that the times are increasingly wicked, but Your Power, in us, for us, and flowing through us; we defeat every satanic force, in Jesus Name, Amen.
