Leadership - the ability of an individual or a group of individuals to influence and guide followers or other members of an organization.
Leadership bares two distinctive marks:
• Servitude - the state of being completely submissive to and controlled by someone more powerful.
• Influence - the ability or power to inspire or motivate an individual to act in one way or the other.

“but the one who did not know it and did things worthy of a beating, will receive only a few [lashes]. From everyone to whom much has been given, much will be required; and to whom they entrusted much, of him they will ask all the more.”
Objective:
It is our objective to Challenge - Change - Equip - Empower & Inspire leaders to excel beyond mediocrity, to denounce compromise and maintain Dignity and Integrity as the Holy Spirit governs to accomplish all God has determined.
